Shipping
kriskate.com will attempt to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. Generally, all orders received are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days USPS First Class unless specified for additional charges. However, during busy seasons, like the holidays, it may take longer and ask that you accordingly submit your orders in advance. Shipping charges are based on shipping method, weight, destination and the value of the merchandise. All orders will be provided tracking information via email. You may also review your order status by logging in to your account.
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS
1 All domestic orders will be shipped, free of charge, USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation . You may upgrade to overnight shipping for a $20 fee.
2 Ground Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an additional $5, Overnight Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an additional $20.
3 First class deliveries are usually made in the after noon hours, however, the time frame does vary by zip code.
4 The billing address and shipping address must be the same.
5 The shipping address provided in your order is the address your package will be sent. For your safety kriskate.com only authorize re-routing to an alternate address if the buyer confirmed thru paypal checkout.
Returns
At kriskate.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, however if you are not fully satisfied you may return it for a refund or exchange (Not including shipping charges). You must return the merchandise to us within 30 days of receipt, and accept the following guidelines:
All items must be returned unworn and undamaged in the original boxes and with all original documentation. There can be no scratches or marks on the item and no sign of wear; the product cannot have been altered in any way. Any Item(s) that has been worn, damaged or altered will not be refundable.
All packages must be sent fully insured for the value of the item(s). IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST AND NOT INSURED, THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE COST OF THE ITEM(S).
All returns are subject to approval by kriskate.com. We are not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear. All returns must be made within 30 days with a copy of the original invoice. No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a Return Authorization Number RA#. You must obtain a RA# within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. To obtain a RA#, please email us at sales@kriskate.com Once you receive a RA#, returns must be made within 15 days. All return packages must have the RA# clearly marked on the shipping label.
Packages must be RECEIVED AT OUR OFFICE within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
